FAQ

Reception - 6:30 PM
Dinner, Dance, and Live Auction - 7:15 PM

\\ATTIRE

We encourage our guests to "dress the part."  Flapper dresses, 'bobbed' hairstyles, cloche hats, scarves and stockings with bold, striking Art Deco geometric designs, rolled down stockings and galoshes, long strands of pearl beads, headbands and feather boas. Zoot suits, pinstriped suits, silk shirts and handkerchiefs, raccoon fur coats, fedora hats, suspenders, bow ties, black patent leather shoes and spats, jumpers, jodhpurs  and knickerbockers. If none of these 1920's fashion styles are the cat's pajamas for you, then cocktail attire is requested.

\\TICKETS

IHCRC does not issue physical or virtual tickets for the event. Registration (checking you in and providing your table and bidder number) will take place at the event.  This is even true for guests of our sponsors.

\\LOCATION INSIDE THE HOTEL

Enter from the hotel entrance on the west side of the complex. Once there allow the free valet (tipping is always encouraged) to park your car safely. Once inside the hotel take a right before the hotel desk and follow the hallway until you are almost to the coffee shop. Take a turn to your left in front of the elevators and then one to your right. Through the glass doors you will find our registration ninjas ready to welcome you to the Dance of the Two Moons.

\\ONSITE TICKETS

We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Our event has sold out the last three years.

\\CHILDREN

We love children. In fact, this event supports our youth programs. We would never tell you to not spend the evening with your children and we truly believe in teaching youth to give.  Dance of the Two Moons was planned as an adult event.  You, however, are the best judge of whether the event is appropriate for your youth.

\\AUCTION

We have an action packed live auction. Sponsors receive an auction preview about 2 to 3 weeks prior to the auction. It's just one of the little perks of sponsoring.

\\SMOKING

There is NO smoking allowed in the event area. The casino does allow smoking (although there is also a non-smoking section of the casino).
